What do you mean by kernel streams? Do you mean Streams/UX as in "STREAMS/UX
for the HP 9000 Reference Manual" part number J2237-90005? If so, it is
automatically part of HP-UX 11.00 and later, ignore the bit about
installation in that manual. At 10.20 it was an option, but at 11.00 it is
the default.
