Hello all,

Iam using kwdb for dump analysis and kwdb in q4 mode for crash dump
analysis.

Can we see the user land backtrace of the threads. Now iam able to
see all the kernel threads and kernel backtrace, but not able to map to the
user space. Is there any pointer in the proc or kthread structure which
points to the user address space, so that i can see the user backtrace.
How to look at the local variables of a function/frame seen in
backtrace(In crash dump analysis and live kernel debugging) but the
processes is not running on any processor.
How to know wheather a virtual address is there in the memory or in
the swap space(In crash dump analysis and live kernel debugging).

please suggest a book/ document to know how exactly the process and
memory management works for HPUX on ia64.

please help me out.

Thanks,
Dhruva
