See end(3C), it is in XPG2.  Any use of this symbol means the code is doing
something tricky.

No, unless you use +vshlibunsats.

You might be able to link with -Wl,-B,nonfatal,-B,verbose so that dld
will continue.  (Or use chatr(1).)
