Did you take the ones under A.03.34 except for the compiler patch?

Did you export LD_PRELOAD (dangerous idea without unsetting it right away)
or use it on the command line like below?

What happens when you use:
$ LD_PRELOAD=/usr/lib/libpthread.1 _HP_DLDOPTS=-ldd a.out

Does it list libpthread.1?

Is the patch installed correctly:

$ /usr/sbin/swlist -a state PHSS_24304
  PHSS_24304.C-MIN-32ALIB       configured
