Hi all,

I have started to use ServiceControl Manager along with the ServiceControl
Repository/DMI.  I have a process called swci which is consuming 100% of a
CPU on all my servers.  Everything seems to be working though.  The response
centre have had no hits on this, so perhaps this is a long shot.  Has anyone
else seen this problem?
