Hi admins,

Sorry for the delay in replying my summary.
Thanks for all who replied as son as possible the quick responses.

Beacuse the Box(freo0015) is in the other city and the corrupt vg
is vg00 I was avised to do a full backup. I installed Ingnite, without
succed to do make_recovery.

Here what I'am going to do 
============================
New bootable disk creation(vgalt) :
1 : shutdown de freo0015
2 : Add a new disk at adresse 5 (56/52.5.0)    /dev/dsk/c0t5d0
3 : startup 
4 : disk system creation
     4.1 : pvcreate -fB /dev/rdsk/c0t5d0
     4.2 : mknod /dev/rdsk/c0t5d0
     4.3 : mkboot -a " hpux (5/52.5.0 ;0)/stand/umunix "   /dev/dsk/c0t5d0

    4.4 : mkdir /dev/vgalt
     4.5 : mknod /dev/vgalt/group c 64 0x010000
     4.6 : vgcreate vgalt /dev/dsk/c0t5d0

5 : VLs creations
     5.1 : lvcreate -C y -r n -L 48 vgalt       ==>lvol1
(/stand)
     5.2 : newfs -F hfs /dev/vgalt/rlvol1
     5.3 : lvcreate -C y -r n -L 192 vgalt    ==>lvol2            (/swap)
     5.4 : lvcreate -C y -r n -L 92 vgalt      ==> lvol3               (/)
     5.5 : newfs -F hfs  /dev/vgalt/rlvol3
     5.6 : lvcreate -C y -r n -L 20 vgalt      ==> lvol4               (/u)
     5.7 : newfs -F hfs  /dev/vgalt/rlvol4
     Same operation until lvol11

6 : Copy vg00 ==> vgalt
    6.1 : mkdir /Root1
    6.2 : mount /dev/vgalt/lvol3 /Root1   (/)
    6.3 : cd / ;  find . -xdev | cpio -pvdmux /Root1
    6.4 : mount /dev/vgalt/lvol1 /Root1/stand
    6.5 : cd /stand ; find . -xdev | cpio -pvdmux  /Root1/stand
    Same operation until lvol11

7 : lvlnboot -r /dev/vgalt/lvol3
     lvlnboot -b /dev/vgalt/lvol1
     lvlnboot -s /dev/vgalt/lvol2     
     lvlnboot -d /dev/vgalt/lvol2 

8 : setboot -p 56/52.5.0          # switch the boot
      setboot -a 56/52.3.0         # add the new disk to menu Px

9 : cd / ; shutdown -r 0     

I  hope to boot on new disk(vghalt). 

10: Know I can extract the disk of vg00, which would be necessaire if I
there is
any probleme in the next step. 

11: Add a new disk and create the  vg00 like vgalt. 
12: Make bootable vg00
13: boot with vg00
14: delete vgalt(vgexport) which would become the mirror of vg00
