Hi,

I am facing problems in activating a volume group which
was previously working fine. The power to this system
went down during the weekend due to a power failure .
After that, the system rebooted fine and mounted all the
filesystems which were on the internal disks. But the
volumegroup (vg01) corresponding to a Raid Array 12H is
not coming up.

 First, i tried Vgdisplay /dev/vg01

root@:/>vgdisplay -v /dev/vg01
vgdisplay: Volume group not activated.
vgdisplay: Cannot display volume group "/dev/vg01"

Then, i tried activating the Volume group:

*******
root:>vgchange -a y /dev/vg01
vgchange: Warning: Couldn't attach to the volume group physical
volume "/dev/dsk /c4t1d0":
Cross-device link
vgchange: Warning: Couldn't attach to the volume group physical
volume "/dev/dsk /c4t1d1":
Cross-device link
vgchange: Warning: Couldn't attach to the volume group physical
volume "/dev/dsk /c4t1d2":
Cross-device link
vgchange: Warning: couldn't query
physicalvolume "/dev/dsk/c4t1d0":

attached to this volume group
vgchange: Warning: couldn't query physical
volume "/dev/dsk/c4t1d1":
The specified path does not correspond to physical volume
attached to this volume group
vgchange: Warning: couldn't query physical
volume "/dev/dsk/c4t1d2":
The specified path does not correspond to physical volume
attached to this volume group
vgchange: Warning: couldn't query all of the physical volumes.
vgchange: Couldn't activate volume group "/dev/vg01":
Quorum not present, or some physical volume(s) are missing.
********

Ioscan on the system points that all the disks mentioned above
are active and fine:
