Thank you very much Cindy, Mark, Mark, Tom, and Tony!!

The majority suggested that I either could not or should not opt for the
64-bit version of HP-UX 11 with the K260.  One person pointed out that the
K260, like the K460, should be able to handle the 64-bit OS version.

I appreciate all of the advise and information I received!  And all in just
a few minutes time.

Original Query:

Is the statement below, extracted from an earlier HP-UX upgrade summary,
correct?  We have an HP9000/800/K260 that I need to upgrade from HP-UX 10.2
to 11.  The statement below suggests either that I cannot, or should not,
install the 64-bit version of HP-UX 11.
