Everyone who sent me a message was having the same problem.   It is fixed now.
New Call IDs start with an "R" instead of an "A", so they must of updated something.

Here is the response
from the HPRC:

Our Primary call logging system was unavailable earlier this morning             
which is why you could not view your calls. We apologize for any                      \
 inconvenience this may have caused you.                                              \
