Hi folks,

Thanks for all your fast responses!  Michael O'Connor hit the nail on
the head when he mentioned that the .forward cannot be world writable if
you are trying to exec a program.  Sendmail does not care if your
.forward is world writable if you simply have an e-mail address in
there.

Once that was fixed, the error went away.
