Look at VRWeb Home Page: http://www.iicm.edu/vrweb

There is VRWeb 1.5, which runs on HPUX 10.20. And it is at the same time
even VRML 1.0 Editor. 

Accessible from the same page, there is VRWave 0.9, which is pre-release
of VRML 2.0 browser. This is (almost) fully written in Java and also
runs on HPUX 10.20 (you should have proper JVM installed).
