It seems like there is somethig that changes the mode periodically. I've
taken a look into dmesg output and it shows this fact. But I don't know
where this changes are originated. I don't have knowledge of any application
running on the system that could do this.

wifi0: LinkStatus=2 (Disconnected)
wifi0: LinkStatus: BSSID=00:04:75:bb:ee:e2
prism2: wlan0: operating mode changed 2 -> 3
ADDRCONF(NETDEV_CHANGE): wifi0: link becomes ready
wifi0: 00:02:6f:2f:03:82 auth_cb - alg=0 trans#=2 status=0 - STA
authenticated
wifi0: assoc from 00:02:6f:2f:03:82 with extra data (12 bytes)
