Thanks, applied. And this was also on my list yesterday if only I had
had enough time.. Nice to get this cleanup into wpa_gui to get rid of
the scan-results-do-not-fit-in-message issues.

It's good enough for now. I don't remember where the previously used
8192 came from.. wpa_supplicant is hardcoded to use 2048, so it does not
make much sense to make this larger now.

In theory, the ie field may get quite long (over 4 kB), but that is
quite unlikely to happen with most networks. If information for some
kind of experimental network gets truncated, it is not going to cause
much harm here..
