Yes - at the very least, the user that the webserver runs as suddenly needs to
be able to access all of your mail, or you need to run a script with additional
priviledges.

I don't know if there's a technical/theoretical limit, but I imagine that
there's a practical one. If someone wants to look into it, that'd be great. =)
