Well it used to back in the day... and then it stopped at some point  
(which required me to convert everything)... and reading the  
documentation, apparently it now does Markdown rendering again.

The bigger issue is that we desperately need to upgrade dev.horde.org  
to something more than PHP 5.3.2.  We are stuck on phpdocumentor  
2.0.0a10 or something, and there has been 1,000s of fixes since then -  
so things don't render correctly right now that are supposed to anyway.
