Subject:    [dev] Horde Summary Page looks like it is encoded.

I begin daily cvs update's to my development version of Horde/IMP about 2 
weeks ago.  I was a couple of weeks behind.  I also switched from PHP4 release
to PHP4 Dev again.  Since that time, I have not been able to view a horde 
summary page.  It would appear that it is encoded.  Today I ereased horde/lib
horde/templates index.php login.php prefs.php and updated again to be sure
that I didn't have an issue with cvs merging changes.  I have gone back 
through my configuration files and can find nothing that I can see causing
this.  All other applications are fine.  

If anyone has any ideas or has seen something similar, I would appreciate
your suggestions.
