I believe it is the bugs of horde. we spend a lot of time and effort to solve.
but still not to success , Could you know any solution to solve the  
"traditional chinese attachment issue" in Outlook and Window Live mail.

On the other hand, May i know the meaning of "The problem is that  
*OUTLOOK* is broken, not IMP.  See the
brokenrfc2231 config option in horde/config/conf.php.
" in previous reply ticket. Since i can't to find  'brokenrfc2231'  
option in our server.please advise. Thank you very much.
