Looks like no permissions on the Wiki. Anybody can add/remove changes  
as guest. I took down the "hacked by..." junk. So, just an open Wiki  
site and probably needs to be locked down. I think anybody could just  
delete the whole thing; at least, the Wiki and Wiki Home are open for  
Guest to make changes and hit "save".
