I have the following structure:

the pear is installed in "/var/www/pear/"
and in the installation process when I asked for the installation directory
I put "/var/www/horde"

what I think a directory called horde in "/var/www" and inside
"/var/www/horde" is "locale", "imp", "config" etc...

temporarily I did the following located in /var/www/ "cp-R horde/locale
pear/locale" and the magic worked.

I still have problems for example, I can enter and check email with all the
user in the backend IMAP set up, but ecepcion of the admin user I get the
following at the login:
"User admin@darkmail.mx is not authorized for Mail", only the admin user,
then when I click on the mail tab I have to re-enter my data even though I
was already logged into horde.

another problem, and so I switch to horde is the plugin pgp-this is of the
utmost importance to me, this does not matter my keys or generates only
appears in the pop-up:
"No personal PGP public key imported"
and
"Public/Private keypair not generated successfully."
and I'd like to see where the error is generated but does not generate logs
to be able to detect that this is happening.

not sure if the best way asking for help is here, or there is a forum, if
this turns out well hare a manual/wiki openbsd 5.6, and horde
