Hi Bill,
I replaced the config files on my Horde-webmail machine like you suggested, but I am \
still getting the same error when trying to Access the Display options. Any idees on \
what else I can try.

go to horde-webmail-1.2/imp/config
make a copy of the current prefs
cp prefs.php prefs.php.save
copy the distribution prefs file over to pref - since this should be in the correct \
format
cp pref.php.dist pref.php
test -
you can use this same strategy to test other config files -
