This feature is not new, it's called Alternate URL(Alt-URL). Basically the 
player will try to use straight HTTP if HTTP Cloaking is failed by 
replacing "rtsp:" with "http:" on the same URL.

The player switches to Alt-URL when the error returned doesn't fall into 
one of the following categories:
- DNS error
- Authentication error
- Server alerts
