It seems the previously free TMN software has been the victim of
commercialization. After I worked on it for Telenor, with the last
version being 2.0, Univ. of British Columbia took over the development
until and including TMN 10, I think. During this period they started
charging for it, and I believe it was later commercialized by UBVideo,
of course in a totally rewritten form. I tried to make tmn-2.0
available for a while for research and educational purposes, but
Telenor asked me to stop distributing it. So there it is, it appears
TMN is no longer available. I am sure it is still around somewhere, it
is just very hard to find.

Karl.
