I'm using datatype/mp3/codec/encoder and I have not successfully been able to use its VBR option. Has anyone done this successfully? When I try to encode audio to VBR MP3, it always encodes to the same bitrate (something crazy like 70 Kbps, even when I request 128 Kbps or 320 Kbps).
