I have seen that as well on my desktop. I have had this problem for about
1/2 year. However I was the only one every to see it, so I assume there
was something strange in my setup (and I do mostly debug builds only).

If you are seeing this, then I think it must be a real problem. Perhaps
with a certain GCC version and/or kernel version. Might be generating
bad assembly somewhere. I don't really have any suggestions right now
on how to fix it because I really don't know what is wrong. I certainly
does work on other people's computers.
