Error Id: N/A

Synopsis: Modified mmf audio/video controllers and phonon backend installation \
package generation.

Overview:

In order to create individual client application installation packages, moved package \
creation script to new installer folder and added BIF modules to execute these \
scripts. This change enables individual client application installation package \
generation using a specific target and profile. After this change there is no need to \
use profile flags HELIX_FEATURE_SYMBIAN_AUDIOCTRL_PKG, \
HELIX_FEATURE_SYMBIAN_VIDEOCTRL_PKG and HELIX_FEATURE_SYMBIAN_PHONON_PKG. By \
including or excluding a profile name in those specific BIF modules the same \
functionality could be achieved. Also created new BIF module \
clientapps_symbiancommon_config to include or exclude configuration files based on \
profile used for build. There is no need to include configuration files for NG \
profiles (helix-client-s60-32-ng, helix-client-s60-ng and helix-client-s60-52-ng).
