Synopsis

========

Added latest main concept SDK for h264 encoding and allowed a way to pass main \
concept ini file.

 

Suggested Reviewer: Anyone.

Description

I intend to check latest SDK for h264 at following location. Existing SDK will be \
kept as is.

../../../../../../datatype_rn/h264/codec/sdk8_1

 

Also added support for passing and read main concept ini file.

This will allow Neal to tweak h264 encoder parameters to get best possible results.

 

This feature is under #define and would not work unless this #define is present as it \
requires new dll to be present.

 

Following parameters in job file will still override the ones specified in \
MainConcepts ini file. All other parameters in ini file will take precedence. No \
validation will be done on them.

settings.def_horizontal_size

settings.def_vertical_size

settings.bit_rate

settings.max_bit_rate

settings.frame_rate
