 I would be useful if the registered users got a mail when there is new
 document to translate, or there are fuzzy document (what was not fuzzy
 before).

 It can be automatically, or the administrator can send this mail who has
 added a new document to translate, or changed an existing.

 Why this idea?: as I see the most of the translations are made after
 somebody send a mail to finish the translation before the new Haiku
 release.

 This can be done at the Pootle too.
