If I recall the mails correctly, Jonathan suggested this approach and 
after a few non-committal replies nothing had been decided and no one 
committed to anything. So I would assume that nothing has happened in 
this respect. I'm afraid at this point the sysadmin group is not working 
well anymore, since there's no one (anymore) who feels responsible for 
"the whole" and very few people (mainly Urias) are doing anything at all.

But guessing from Adriens reply, maybe something was discussed at 
BeGeistert and everything "is going to be OK"?
