 Note that Flat control_look and decorator are available in haiku_extras
 package.
 Beware that latest versions of Haiku are containing changes for High DPI
 screens. This is still work in progress, and so far, only default
 control_look has been adapted. Therefore, using Flat control_look there
 might be visual glitches depending the font size you're using.
