Comment:

 There were fixes for a metadata checksum issue in https://cgit.haiku-
 os.org/haiku/commit/src/add-
 ons/kernel/file_systems/ext2?id=842a1538a6b726ba535497d7bea7756dc191f90c
 which would result in bad data by reading and incorrect checksums by
 writing.

 The issue "A partition mounted read-only in Haiku cannot be mounted in
 Linux." doesn't look like something: this is the common test scenario,
 which would get multiple bug reports.
