New description:

 {{{
 GP106BM [GeForce GTX 1060 Mobile 6GB]
 NVIDIA Corporation
 device/type             0x3
 device/subtype          0
 device/interface        0
 device/vendor           0x10de
 device/id               0x1c60
 }}}

 There is no driver or accelerant.

 It currently runs on a laptop with native resolution 1920x1080 in built-in
 screen, but I think it runs in VESA mode, probably the same situation with
 #17680.

 Due to not having drivers, it cannot output to a secondary monitor through
 HDMI (DisplayPort port not tested).
