 This is just a silly bug/feature that I found to be funny enough to share
 here:

 While using the Boot Menu to disable system components, I've noticed that
 the Tracker addon "Mark As…" appears to trigger some blinking effect.

 (tested on hrev56541, x86-64, under VirtualBox, I can test that same
 install on bare metal and report back later).

 Not sure if replacing "…" for "..." would be worth losing this nifty
 effect :-D
