functions

 As in title: the versions of the get_mouse_type, set_mouse_type, etc.
 functions that do not take a name parameter are deprecated and should be
 removed.

 This may not be so easy as it looks like it will require some rework of
 some of the Input device addons to handle per-mouse settings.
