#17626: Cannot discover or pair bluetooth devices

I have got a TP link USB bluetooth 5 adapter
2357:0604 TP-Link TP-Link UB500 Adapter
If I go onto the settings tab of the Haiku Bluetooth app, it lets me
choose the UB500 although it does also show several odd characters
(question mark symbols) after the device name.
I have got a bluetooth keyboard and speaker (a TV with BT) I have been
unable to get either to appear in the add device window after pushing
Inquiry. It scans for 12 seconds but nothing is ever discovered. This BT
adapter works fine with both devices under Linux.
There is another bug here. When you click 'Add...', the window it opens is
too small to see the full message or the 'Inquiry' button in the bottom
right of the window. The user must make the window about 2/3x bigger than
it opens as to see the required button.
