 Steps to reproduce:
 * have a webpositive session
 * Exit webpositive
 * Disable network
 * Start webpositive
 * (dismiss all errors)
 * Quit webpositive
 * enable network
 * start webpositive

 Now all the urls visited are gone, and all tabs will be "new tabs"
