#16882: FileTypes: Integrate DefaultQueryTemplates configuring

{{{ /boot/home/config/settings/Tracker/DefaultQueryTemplates/ }}} defines
the layout (size/columns etc.) for the query results of specific file
types, see the [https://www.haiku-os.org/docs/userguide/en/workshop-
filetypes+attributes.html#query-db User Guide] for an intro.
It'd be nice to integrate this feature into the FileTypes preferences.
Maybe some button on the right side of the FileTypes panel, "''Set up
query layout''".
Clicking the button, creates the correctly named DefaultQueryTemplates
folder (group_filetypename) and opens it to manage the columns etc.
layout. I guess, a dummy file of that file type needs to be put into the
newly created template folder as well, to make those extra attributes
available from the window's Attributes menu.
