 When you resize the AboutSystem window, the scroll bar goes back to the
 top and the credits view is also scrolled to the top.

 I have confirmed this to be a regression in hrev54549.

 Other apps like StyledEdit do not exhibit this same behavior, even when
 wrap is on so this bug seems to be unique to AboutSystem.
