 When you open Backgrounds in folder mode, if you don't set an image the
 folder background colour will be set to document background colour.\\
 If you activate then outline label the folder text colour will be a
 derivative of panel text colour.\\
 We can't be sure that those colours will mix well and it would be safer to
 use document text colour in this case.\\
 Optionnaly, let the user chose a different colour via the widget as it
 would also help when an image is defined.
