 I haven't had time to work on this since Saturday, but I'll collect more
 info tomorrow or Wednesday.

 My plan is:

 1.) To try to reproduce with kvm
 2.) To try reproducing with bare metal again now that I have more
 instrumentation (I didn't have scheduler profiler in the build at all when
 I first saw this)
 3.) Try blacklisting mwait and intel_cstates
 4.) Look into the lead waddlesplash found in the freebsd repo.
