When a user disables a server which is enabled by default in Network
preflet (for example, the SSH Server) the UI on the left doesn't change
and the status stays on "on".

This doesn't happen to servers which are disabled by default (for ex. the
 FTP server)

The server is correctly disabled, it seems to affect just the UI element.

Additionally, the 'on' and 'off' strings are untranslateable in this
 context.
