 Added the apps, applets, prefs in a bullet sublevel, see https://i18n
 .haiku-os.org/userguide/export/docs/userguide/en/contents.html

 The css for the bullet-sublevel may have to be adjusted, I dunno how exact
 that preview is, the translation tool shows the sub-bullets...

 If anyone can point me to "input methods" (app/prefs) in Haiku, I can try
 to document it - though it might be tough for someone how doesn't use
 those at all. Otherwise we can close this ticket.
