 This problem is already present in hrev43643. I think is related to the
 DefaultWindowBehaviour. The BMessageFilter doesn't receive the message
 "mouse down" when the keys CTRL+ALT are pressed. Oddly it works on the
 border of the  StatusView. With a different combination of keys the
 behavior works again.
