 I have been trying to narrow down the range of nightly builds to when this
 issue first appeared. Jessica first reported it using hrev47514 (#11049),
 and my ticket was with hrev47853 (#11234). Unfortunately I did not create
 a ticket upon seeing it for the first time, but it was certainly within a
 period of 2 or 3 of weeks.
 I have installed build hrev47479, which is just prior to Akshay's libUSB
 port, and so far, I have not seen the problem appear. Where can I obtain a
 builds of 47483 and 47630?
