 How would that image be presented, if not in some kind of window? And if
 that could be accomplished, wouldn't it be confusing to have the
 screenshot-window floating there as if it were the real application?

 Maybe stippi also plans a feature to browse through all screenshots of
 that package from within that one window. A simple click to move to the
 next image would suffice, but we'd at least need some indication what
 image is displayed. For explample in the window title: "Screenshot
 %pkgname% 1 of 3".
