 Might be related.  nightly-hrev44426-x86gcc2hybrid
 I logged into our internal WSS3 (Windows Sharepoint Services 3) website.
 After logging in and loading the page, I am unable to move the scrollbar,
 click any links, or close out of WebPositive.  I can move the app window
 around, reach the top Window options, but also cannot open a new tab, etc.
 Unfortunately I have not been able to replicate this issue on other WSS3
 (or newer) websites.
