 I agree with Jorge about the footer, especially since the supposed offices
 of Haiku are my address. I'd rather not have my address getting sent out
 to all corners of the globe as part of an email. Though I suppose at this
 point it doesn't matter much since it is on the Haiku, Inc. page on the
 web-site. But the main point is it only serves as the mailing address of
 the non-profit, not any sort of offices (beyond the fact that I do my
 Haiku work here.)

 I also like Jorge's wording of the main body.
