 Terminal does not seem to like having glyph hinting off. The problem does
 not appear setting glyph hinting to "On" or "Monospaced Fonts Only" in the
 Appearance preflet.

 There are minor issues with other apps using monospaced fonts like Pe, but
 not as bad.
