#1995: if a program takes up all the available memory haiku freezes

 * take this http://dev.haiku-
 os.org/attachment/ticket/1071/area_creation_test.cpp
 * run the test and try to take up all the available ram;
 for example:
 ./area_creation_test 100 B_ANY_ADDRESS B_NO_LOCK
 'B_WRITE_AREA|B_READ_AREA' 500
 eats 200MB
 * when the free memory is vanished, haiku will freeze

 May be it's better if the program gets killed?
