{{RawLocalFileSystem#rename}} contains fallback logic to provide POSIX rename \
behavior on platforms where {{java.io.File#renameTo}} fails.  The method returns \
early if {{java.io.File#renameTo}} succeeds, so test runs may not cover the fallback \
logic depending on the platform.
