Harsh J resolved HADOOP-839.

      Resolution: Won't Fix
    Hadoop Flags: Incompatible change

This breaks the API. Besides, using this is pretty expensive and I hardly think \
GenericWritable is being used anywhere. We should be moving off to newer \
serialization techniques, like Avro.
